We are constantly getting asked what the difference is between a normal epoxy concrete repair and epoxy resin as shown on the website under the concrete repair products.
It all depends on what you need to repair, if for example you need to rebuild a damaged ramp or a step then an epoxy mortar is the one to go for as this can be troweled into shape, being cementitious and thick.
If however it is a straightforward hole or crack or an expansion joint then the resin is the best solution, just mix 2:1,pour and leave, no troweling necessary as it is a liquid which adheres to substrate and finds its own level.It sets dependant on temperature after approx 4-6 hrs.
Forklift traffic may be resumed as soon as the liquid has hardened sufficiently.
