Seal a Magic Description
Seal-A-Magic is a self reinforced roof repair product that can even be applied in the wet. It is ideal for use on splits, movement cracks, rusted or leaking gutters, flashings, cracked parapet walls, skylights and blistered or dried out areas. It is truly a First Aid Kit for roofs. Seal-A-Magic is a blend of bitumen with special fluxing oils and reinforced with selected fibres. It is applied by trowel or brush, and had exceptional qualities of adhesion. There is no need to prime as it can be applied straight from the container, leaving a neat reinforced repair on any kind of roof surface. It can also be used for preventative maintenance to seal weak areas before they start to leak and cause damage to buildings.
